Exchange Policy

How to Initiate a Return

Go to My Orders in your account.

Click on Request Return next to the item.

Choose the reason and upload images if needed.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, a pickup will be arranged.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
