At FlaireCart, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!


Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are applicable only for:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Size or style mismatch (for apparel)


Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Innerwear, cosmetics, or perishables

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

  • You can initiate an exchange by contacting our support or via your order dashboard.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders in your account.

  2. Click on Request Return next to the item.

  3. Choose the reason and upload images if needed.

  4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  5. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
